Threeway the company, comprises of 3 facilities, Fine Limit, Metal Fabrication & Paint. Personnel in all of these work closely together and are highly skilled and trained to ensure that all work is carried out to the exacting standards our customers expect.
Our Fine Limit facility has highly skilled personnel who work with a full range of precision metal working equipment which combines with a polishing section. This enables us to deliver the high specifications of customers requiring close tolerance and high quality work in Mild Steel, Aluminium or Stainless Steel.
For customers that require large and small quantities, components are made to the same high quality standards in our Metal Fabrication Department, a full range of metal forming equipment is used from Sheet Metal to Pipe Bending, Met. Fab. also have CNC Turret Punching Machines to manufacture high volume batch work.
Welding Facilities are incorporated within Both Divisions for Gas, Mig and Tig Processes. Highly skilled personnel ensure High Quality Work.
The Wet Spray and Powder Coating Facilities include an Overhead Conveyor. This incorporates a Washing and Degreasing Tank with a Drying Oven, a Powder Coating Booth and a Curing Oven. We also have a Static Booth and Box Oven for larger items. Threeway are able to provide High Quality Finishes for both Large and Small Batches or even Single items.
